Description

In this hands-on workshop, you will travel to the Black Sea, examine evidence of an ancient flood, and explore a perfectly preserved shipwreck that is over 1,500 years old. Science topics covered include marine archaeology, density, freshwater and salt water, sonar, earthquakes, plate tectonics, sedimentology, communication technology, satellites, robotic exploration and careers.

Fee: $175.00*
Credit: 0.5 CEUs provided

* Workshop fee includes working lunch, an Adventures to the Black Sea multimedia package and additional educator resources.
